WARRANTY PERIOD
One year from the date of B/L, during the warranty period, daily damage parts will be supplied freely,
the after sale service will be covered by dealer (if there will be problem, plsnotify).
After warranty period, the spare parts will be supplied with a factory price.
PAYMENT TERMS
30% of the whole contract value should be paid as the advance payment after the contract has been
signed. The other 70% of the whole contract value should be paid before shipment.
BORING MILLS INSTALLATION AND DEBUG
1) The Seller shall be responsible for the installation and commissioning . and the buyer shall cooperate and provide convenience.⑵. Before the seller’s installation and commissioning personnel arrive at the buyer, the buyer shall make necessary preparations before the installation and commissioning of the machine tool, such as completing the positioning of the machine tool foundation, machine tool and auxiliary facilities, and notify the seller.
2). During installation and commissioning, both parties shall cooperate closely and communicate and cooperate in a timely manner; The Seller shall be responsible for the special tools and spare parts for installation and commissioning; The buyer shall be responsible for providing power, lifting equipment, auxiliary materials and necessary common tools, measuring tools, cutting tools, etc.
3). The Seller shall provide the buyer with the first technical training ..
The training contents are as follows
1) Mechanical training: mechanical structure, mechanical transmission principle, maintenance and repair methods; Hydraulic system control principle, maintenance and repair methods; Routine maintenance methods for the whole machine tool, diagnosis and treatment methods for general mechanical faults of main parts and components.Operation training: machine operation and use methods.
2) Electrical training of complete machine: explanation of electrical schematic diagram of machine tool, working principle, maintenance and repair methods of main electrical components.
3). When the machine tool is installed and debugged by the buyer, the Seller shall conduct the second training for the buyer’s operators and electromechanical maintenance personnel. The training is mainly carried out on site in combination with the installation and commissioning process of the machine tool, focusing on the training of operators.
