This model can be divided into two types according to the structure of the headstock, one is basic type A (with fixed face head ) and the other is type B (without face head)
Type A — with fixed rotating face head
Type A is equipped with a fixed flat rotating face head . The main shaft system adopts a three-layer structure. The face head‘s main spindle ,hollow main spindle and boring spindle made of high-quality nitriding steel 38crMoALA， The hollow main spindle is made of high-quality alloy steel. The shaft system has good rigidity and high precision. stepless speed regulation for high and low gear of main shaft.
Application:
High voltage switch, pump valve, petroleum machinery, chemical machinery.
Type B – No fixed horizontal rotating face head
Application:
Engineering machinery, auto parts ,Aerospace, mold, motor, etc.
-Type B can be equipped with milling head or boring shaft sleeve and other accessories to further improve the machining efficiency of the machine tool.
Type B can be equipped with:
-Tool magazine to realize automatic tool change function
– Extended right angle milling head
– Coolant through spindle
– Spindle suppurts
