TK6111 CNC Horizontal boring milling machine:

1.Each axis is driven by its own dedicated servo motor, allowing for stepless speed regulation.

2.The main machine is equipped with a rotary table and features a cross-slide structure. It is composed of several major components including the bed, worktable, upper and lower saddles, column, a side-mounted horizontal spindle box, and a tailstock.

3.Under the control of the CNC system, arbitrary four-axis simultaneous linkage can be achieved, thereby satisfying the processing requirements for various workpieces.

4.The machine can be configured into different grades and specifications according to user requirements, by incorporating different CNC systems, achieving different precision levels, and selecting various rotary table size options.

TK6111 CNC Horizontal boring milling machine

The main structure of the machine tool is a cross shaped, integral bed, with fixed Column side hanging spindle box, and a rotating workbench running on a cross slide. Highwidth base, large span and multi support design, high rigidity and high strength. It integrates a variety of advanced technologies such as mechanical, electrical, optical,hydraulic and information technologies, and integrates modular, modern, digital anduser-friendly design.
